Rockliffe Hall opens new spa dining concept | Article

Rockliffe Hall has announced that a new restaurant and dining concept will launch in August above the hotel’s spa.

Named Nu Sana, the group said it will offer a dining menu consisting of healthy, nutrition-led items such as salads, smoothies and fresh juices.

In addition, the group said the venue will also serve more “indulgent choices” to give guests the option of “everything in moderation”.

The design of the new spa restaurant focuses around “celebrating” the light filled space, with attention on materials such as “marble, timber and botanical essences”.

Rockliffe Hall said that the reimagined spa dining experience will “complement” the recent “elevated culinary options” of the 3AA Rosette Orangery Restaurant and The Clubhouse – headed by executive chef Ian Matfin.

Jason Adams, managing director of Rockliffe Hall, said: “We are delighted to share the news of our latest culinary outlet with our guests, Nu Sana will be a most welcome addition to our much-loved spa and an important part of the wellness journey we offer at the hotel.

“The menus will showcase something for everyone, there will be an emphasis both on healthy, nourishing dishes in addition to appealing to those after something different to our already established restaurant options.”

Rockliffe Hall, which is located in County Durham, is set within 375 acres of grounds on the banks of the River Tees just outside the village of Hurworth, County Durham. Currently, it houses 61 bedrooms.
